Where is the construction taking place?
Construction is taking place in the areas surrounding the resort. There are approximately a dozen projects within a 5-mile radius of Mahogany Bay Resort & Beach Club.
Will construction occur on weekends?
Construction may occur throughout the week and on weekends to ensure projects are completed on time. However, there is a restriction on any work that would involve elevated noise levels to the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
What should I expect while construction is taking place?
You may experience elevated construction noise and other construction activity during the weekdays and weekends, scheduled to start at 9 AM and end by 5 PM.
What are my options if the unit I’m staying in is impacted?
Our team will stay in contact with our guests ahead of time to assist with questions and relocating those who have chosen units that will be affected during their stay. If construction is going to directly impact your existing reservation, then the Mahogany Bay Resort team will contact you to present you with available options.
How long will construction last?
Projects are expected to continue through Spring of 2025.
