Our on-site organic garden provides much of the fresh produce served at Mahogany Bay Resort. We grow a variety of fruits, vegetables, spices, and herbs, including basil, mint, papayas, bananas, limes, and tomatoes, in rich, organic soil under the sun. To support our commitment to reducing waste and regenerative farming, we convert restaurant food waste into compost, which enriches our soil. This allows us to maintain a plentiful garden, where we use everything we grow and return any excess to the earth.
